Unfortunately once we get the cylinder back it has to go through a batch reprocessing. It takes a decent amount of time (might be weeks or months). Sometimes cylinders need to be shipped out for hydrotesting as well, so unfortunately we can't just refill the cylinder you send us. It's much, much faster to just purchase a new cylinder.
