It is going to depend on the monitor you are calibrating. The fitting on the cylinder is a C10 fitting, so you'll need a C10 regulator in either fixed or demand flow. If it's a pumped detector, use demand flow. If it's a diffusion detector, check your manual for the recommended flow rate. The most common are 0.25lpm and 0.5lpm. You can find them here:
