This is a very common problem with the Honeywell XT II. The usual culprit is the gasket edge on the case getting worn down where the inlet adapter snaps in (by the xxxx on the upper left). Over time the rubber gets messed up and you're left with leaks. The only fix for this is to replace the entire back case. You're welcome to send it in to us and we'll do it, otherwise you can buy it here (https://idealcalibrations.com/bw-gasa...) and do it yourself.
