Yes, it is imperative that you rezero and calibrate your Ventis Pro 5 any time you install a new sensor. Wait 1 hour after installing the sensor before you calibrate in order to give the oxygen sensor time to stabilize in your detector. Here in our repair shop, we recalibrate any time we open a unit up just in case something changes within the monitor.
