The standard MultiRAE has a battery life of up to 12 hours and takes less than 6 hours to recharge.

Alkaline batteries
The MultiRAE can also run on alkaline batteries for an additional 6 hours.

Extended duration lithium ion battery
This battery provides up to 6 hours of additional runtime compared to the standard battery. It has a runtime of up to 18 hours and takes less than 9 hours to recharge.
